Integrations

Your ERP and Shopify, finally in agreement.

Orders, stock, prices and tracking moving between Shopify and the systems your business runs on, with retries, logs and alerts your team can actually read.

Where off-the-shelf stops

Connectors work until the volume does.

Off-the-shelf connectors suit simple shops. Trouble starts with two warehouses, a custom ERP or a sale day.

  • Stock that drifts.

A missed update leaves a sold-out item on sale, or a bestseller marked out of stock. Nobody notices until a customer does.

  • Failures nobody sees.

When a sync step breaks it often fails silently. The first alert is an angry email.

  • Rules in someone else's template.

Your product codes, units and warehouse logic don't match the connector's model, so people patch the gaps by hand.

What we build

Syncs your team can trust.

Each integration is built around your data, with the unglamorous parts done properly.

  • Two-way order and stock sync

Orders out, stock and prices in, on a schedule that suits your operation.

    All plans
  • Warehouse and 3PL connections

Pick, pack and tracking written back to Shopify with the right statuses.

    All plans
  • ERP, PIM and accounting

Product data, price lists and invoices flowing between the systems that own them.

    All plans
  • Monitoring your team can read

Retries, logs and plain-language alerts, so a failure is a message, not a mystery.

Operations

The quiet systems behind every order.

Example

A failed sync that fixes itself, and tells you.

A 3PL times out on one order. The app retries, records why, and alerts your team only if it still fails after the third attempt.

  • Retries with sensible back-off.

  • A log your support team can search.

  • Alerts to email or Slack, only when action is needed.

Plus and other plans

Integrations work on every plan.

Plus adds scale and extra surfaces; the core of the work is the same everywhere.

For Basic, Shopify and Advanced stores

Every other plan

  • Admin API and webhooks scheduled jobs and live triggers, built for your volumes.

  • A status screen in your Shopify admin showing what synced, what is waiting and what failed.

  • Hosting in your name on accounts your company owns and controls.

Questions

Before we speak.

Which systems can you connect?

Anything with an API, a file drop or a database we can reach: ERPs such as NetSuite, SAP Business One and Dynamics, plus PIMs, warehouse systems and 3PLs. We confirm access on the first call.

Why not use a connector or an automation tool?

If a connector does the job, use it, and we'll say so. We build when your rules, volumes or reliability needs go beyond what a template can model.

Where does the data live?

In systems your company owns. The app runs on hosting in your name, and we don't keep a copy of your orders.

What happens when the ERP is down?

Orders queue and retry. Nothing is lost, and the log shows exactly what is waiting.

How it works

From first call to live store.

A commission follows the same five stages every time. You see a working preview every week from the build stage onward, and the price is fixed once the specification is agreed.

  1. 01

    Discover

    Week 1

A working session with the people who will use the app. We map the process it replaces, the data it touches and the plan your store is on.

  2. 02

    Specify

    1 to 2 weeks

A written specification and a clickable prototype inside a development store. You approve the scope and receive a fixed quote.

  3. 03

    Build

    3 to 8 weeks

We build in weekly increments. Every change is reviewed by a second developer and tested before it reaches your preview. Each Friday you get a preview link and a short note on what changed.

  4. 04

    Launch

    1 week

Installed on your live store, tested against real orders, and walked through with your team until it feels like it was always there.

  5. 05

    Care

    Ongoing

Shopify releases a new API version every quarter. We move your app onto each one before the old version is retired, and keep it monitored.

Begin a conversation

Describe the app your store needs.

Plain language is fine. Tell us what should happen, who uses it and what it replaces. We reply with questions, an honest view on whether a custom app is the right answer, or a time for the discovery session.
