Pricing rules no app lets you write.Pricingrulesnoappletsyouwrite.
Tiered prices, trade terms, member rates, bundles that depend on the basket. If your pricing is more specific than a discount code, we build it as a private Shopify app that runs inside Shopify at checkout speed.
A discount code can't think.Adiscountcodecan'tthink.
Public discount apps cover the common cases. Pricing gets expensive when your rules are the thing that makes your business different.
01Rules that stack in the wrong order.
Two apps each apply their own discount, the basket lands on a price nobody chose, and support spends the afternoon explaining it.
02Logic that can't see your data.
Prices that depend on a customer's account, order history or a stock level need a rule that can read them, not another coupon.
03A rule nobody owns.
When the logic lives in a third party's settings, nobody on your team can say exactly what it does or change it safely.
Pricing logic
Every price has a reason. We write it down.Everypricehasareason.Wewriteitdown.
What we build
Pricing logic, written for your store.Pricinglogic,writtenforyourstore.
Rules are written as Shopify Functions, so they run inside Shopify rather than on someone else's server.
Tiered and volume pricing
Price breaks by quantity, value or product mix, shown on the product page and applied in the basket.
All plans
Customer and member rates
Prices that follow a customer's tag, segment or membership, with the saving shown before checkout.
All plans
Bundles and conditional discounts
Offers that depend on what else is in the basket, written once and tested against every combination.
Plus for custom apps
Rules fed by your own data
Prices from your ERP, margin floors and price lists feeding the rule directly.
Plus
Example
A trade price, applied before the shopper sees a surprise.Atradeprice,appliedbeforetheshopperseesasurprise.
A 24-piece order from a trade customer crosses the 10-unit tier. The rule applies the trade price in the basket, shows the saving and leaves everything else alone.
Written in your own code, not in a third party's settings.
Previewedagainst a real basket before it goes live.
Logged,so support can explain any price in seconds.

Questions
Before we speak.Beforewespeak.
Can this run on a plan other than Plus?
Often, yes. Custom Shopify Functions need Plus, but many pricing rules can be built with automatic discounts and customer segments, or shipped as a public app that works on most plans. We tell you which route fits on the first call.
Will it clash with the discount apps we already use?
We map every active discount first and design the new rule to sit alongside them, or to replace the ones it makes redundant. Stacking order is tested before launch.
How are prices kept consistent across currencies?
Rules are written against Shopify's market prices, so a rule that gives 8% off does so in pounds, euros and dollars alike. Fixed prices per market are supported where you need them.
What does it cost?
A fixed price, agreed once the scope is written down at the specification stage. If hosting is needed it runs on your own accounts, at cost.
How it works
From first call to live store.Fromfirstcalltolivestore.
A commission follows the same five stages every time. You see a working preview every week from the build stage onward, and the price is fixed once the specification is agreed.
01
Discover
Week 1
A working session with the people who will use the app. We map the process it replaces, the data it touches and the plan your store is on.
02
Specify
1 to 2 weeks
A written specification and a clickable prototype inside a development store. You approve the scope and receive a fixed quote.
03
Build
3 to 8 weeks
We build in weekly increments. Every change is reviewed by a second developer and tested before it reaches your preview. Each Friday you get a preview link and a short note on what changed.
04
Launch
1 week
Installed on your live store, tested against real orders, and walked through with your team until it feels like it was always there.
05
Care
Ongoing
Shopify releases a new API version every quarter. We move your app onto each one before the old version is retired, and keep it monitored.

Describe the app your store needs.Describetheappyourstoreneeds.
Plain language is fine. Tell us what should happen, who uses it and what it replaces. We reply with questions, an honest view on whether a custom app is the right answer, or a time for the discovery session.
